Sonoran Spa
Resort is a good resort to get away from it all. Overall a great
place for the beach and sun lovers. However, you need to remember to bring a few items of food for when the restaurant is closed. This place is a little way from town.
Location: This resort is on the beach at Puerto Penasco at Rocky Point, Sea of Cortez. The road there is a little bumpy and gravel. This an historic little fishing village that is gaining more facilities.
Rooms: Linens, kitchens ( fully stocked), dishwasher, stove, microwave, and washer and dryer. All have private balconies overlooking the ocean. You can actually see the white sand from your kitchen. Restaurant
Open Sun-Thurs 4pm-10pm/Fri-Sat 11am-10pm/Sun Closed Reviews: The reviews mostly reiterate the need to bring food. Also, they recommend hiring a 4x4 because of the gravel roads.
