A perfect destination for families, Kalahari Resort is an African-themed resort with an indoor waterpark. There are 3 resorts and they are in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Kalahari in Sandusky, Ohio. We have featured it for its fun and activities for all ages.
The Wisconsin Resort has been very popular for a long time. Although all of the resorts are similar, each are slightly different. Here are the features of the Wisconsin Kalahari Resort:
Guestrooms: There are 750 African-themed guestrooms and suites. There are a few different styles of accommodations.
This resort has the luxury 5-bedroom "kondos". They sleep up to 22 guests, have a theatre room and flat-screen TVs. The recreation room has a pool table, darts and other games. There are ipod docking stations, whirlpools for up to 6 people and private entrances.
All rooms include fridges and microwaves as well as all the usual room amenities.
Kalahari Waterpark (Wisconsin Dells):
Attractions: Noah's Ark is one of the largest waterparks in the United States. It features 46 waterslides, wave pools and numerous other rides. There is also "Master Blaster", very large wave pool, lazy river, whirlpool spas, Flow Rider (body-boarding type ride), family raft ride, kids pool and more.

Guestrooms: 457 rooms and suites, African-themed. A special feature here is the kids bunk rooms. There are also microwaves and fridges here.

What reviewers are saying: The rooms are nice, the main resort building is fairly spread out, if you are budget conscious you will find the food on the expensive side, adult bar is great, water park is spacious, staff are amazing and friendly.
