What reviewers say: beach empty and secluded, top rate staff, grounds are unreal, great views, immpecable service, quiet, peaceful, tranquil, tremendous spa, great restaurants, "over-exceeded our expectations", VIP treatment starts from the airport. Rooms: 554, all oversized suites, "Royal Service Suites" (includes butler), "Family Concierge Suites" Resort highlights: meals, drinks, kid's club and golf all included; 3 outdoor pools, 2 kids pools; tennis courts; spa and fitness centre; 7 whirlpools; game rooms; small casino; unlimited green fees - golf; "life-enriching classes" (tango, massage, candle-making, etc); sports instruction; water sports; romantic activities; 5 restaurants and bars. What reviewers say: beautiful and clean rooms, lots to do, almost perfect, beautiful grounds and building, main pool is huge, excellent service, pools sometimes a little crowded, royal service is fantastic. A few had problems with the service and food but not the majority by any means.
